Palmer House Guest Rooms and Suites
The newest addition to East Hampton Point is the recently renovated Palmer House where seven guest rooms and suites
provide deluxe lodging and the utmost in privacy and comfort. Each suite in the English country manor features a private
entrance with an outdoor terrace or courtyard, king-size beds with lush Frette linens, high-definition plasma televisions,
CD, high-speed Internet access, cedar-lined closets and marble bathrooms. Stylishly tasteful décor and special features
add a distinctive personality to each room, some with fully-appointed wet bars and sitting rooms with fireplace and
surround-sound stereo. Originally built as the private residence of Stephen A. Palmer, the suites retain the sense of
intimacy in a private home with all the modern conveniences of a luxury hotel.
Cottages
Thirteen deluxe cottages dot the lushly landscaped property. Like individual homes, each cottage varies in size and layout,
ranging from studio to duplex and equipped with features such as full kitchens, private outdoor decks, sitting rooms, spa

Overlooking Three Mile Harbor, East Hampton Point restaurant couples a striking setting with exceptional contemporary
American cuisine. The nautically themed interior features a full-size mahogany sloop with a mast that reaches the ceiling
cupola, a gentle reminder of the sea just outside the restaurant’s floor-to-ceiling windows. Chef Matthew Ross brings the
sea inside with fresh-caught seafood specialties and a popular raw bar, in addition to his seasonally inspired menu. The
restaurant is open from April 1 through Labor Day, with a more casual menu served on the outdoor deck. Year-round,
